Today I want to let you know about a very special activity for me : the tasting Ardèche Terroirs’ Pairings.

Indeed, it’s my internship project !

Here in La Selve, Ardèche is our master word. Represent our so beautiful region is very important for us.

That’s why we had chosen to offer you a different tasting because it’s based on pairings between our wines and local products.

Ardèche is full of delicious terroirs that we want to highlight. Chestnut, trout, olive, picodon, caillette… The list is long.

We had to make a choice that will undoubtedlt delight you !

You will have the possibility to taste specialities that will particularly sublimate our cuvées “Les Confidentielles”

To create this tasting, we have done an exciting research job and many tests (very greedy!) to discover high quality Ardèche producers, engaged for respect and terroir’s perservation.

During this tasting, we will tell you about the history of the castle, of the domain, our work philosophy and also the main principles of wine and food pairings.
