La dégustation
Tasting notes : dark purple in color, expressive and complex nose expressing black fruits, licorice and humus. In the mouth, powerful and elegant, extremely fine tanins, freshness, long and aromatic finish.
Food pairing : fine dishes such as lamb or game (woodcock, roe deer and hare)
Tasting temperature : between 12 et 17 °C
Cellaring : 15 to 20 years
