La dégustation
Tasting notes : Brilliant, pale pink in color. Delicate nose, aromas of red and white fruits, with a floral note. Freshness, fineness and minerality in the mouth.
Food pairing : Aperitif, cooked vegetables (tomatoes, eggplants, peppers) with olive oil and herbs, grills, exotic fruits.
Tasting temperature : between 9 and 12 °C
Cellaring : 2 to 3 years
